Abstract

The fixing methods,fixing time,the kind of dyes,staining protocols and the sensitivity of protein in polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis were studied.The fixative solution was 10% trichloroacetic acid fixing for 10min in the normal temperature.The staining solution was CBB G-250,95% ethanol,10% phosphate and the staining time was 15min.The comparable sensitivity of protein after optimization to CBB G-250 staining,which is reaching 0.1μg.
