Abstract

A new method of rapid staining technique of protein in polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis is introduced in this paper. Hours for staining and elution by Coomassie Brilliant Blue are shortened by this technique. It concludes that water bath or microwave can enhance the effect of staining and decoloration.
