Abstract
Objective To analyze to letrozole(LE) and chlorine meters Finn crow(CC) stimulate ovulation effect for the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). Methods 85 patients with PCOS were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group 45 routine LE, a control group of 40 CC routine. Results Two groups of patients with ovulation rate and pregnancy rate(P0.05), compared the treatment group advantage of HCG day follicular number, endometrium thickness is better than that of control group(P0.05). Conclusion LE can promote patients with PCOS ovulation rate, but the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were not significantly superior to the CC, still need further research..
