Clinical analysis of 59 cases gestational myomectomy

Abstract
Objective: To explore the therapeutic value in cesarean section with myomectomy.Methods: 59 patients of cesarean section with myomectomy simultaneously were analyzed retrospectively,peri-operative bleed-ing,operation time and postoperative disease rate,hospital stay.Results: Peri-operative bleeding in cesarean section with myomectomy increased,but there were no statistically significant differences in operation time,post-operative disease rate and hospital stay.Conclusion: It is safe and feasible in cesarean section with myomectomy.
