Abstract
Objective To study the clinical significance and changes of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and adiponectin levels in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Method Total 65 cases of ACS were selected [35 cases of acute myocardial infarction(AMI),30 cases of unstable angina pectoris(UAP)]as ASC group,30 cases of stable angina as SAP group and 40 cases normals as control group.Serum hs-CRP and adiponectin levels were detected and compared with each other. Results Serum hs-CRP and adiponectin levels of ACS group were significantly higher than control group and SAP group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.01).Serum hs-CRP and adiponectin levels of AMI were obviously higher than UAP group, and the difference was statistically significant(P0.01).Correlation analysis in serum hs-CRP and adiponectin:in ACS patients:hs-CRP and adiponectin level were negative correlation(r=0.41,P0.05).Conclusion Increase of serum hs-CRP and decrease of adiponectin level may take effect in the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease, are the important indexes in reflection of disease severity in patients with ACS,and are independent risk factor in constituting for ACS.A reasonable anti-inflammatory treatment for early intervention could be an important means of prevention of coronary artery disease.
