Apoptosis induced by Bolbcstemma Paniculatum Preparation in Jurkat Cell Cell and Its Influence on Cell Cycle

Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of Bolbcstemma Paniculatum preparation on inhibitory rate of cell proliferation,cell apoptosis and changes of every cell cycle stage.Methods MTT colorimetric assay and flow cytometry(FCM) were used to measure the change of time effect,concentration effect and apoptotic rate by Bolbcstemma Paniculatum preparation on inhibitory rate of Jurkat cell proliferation.Results Bolbcstemma Paniculatum preparation can obviously inhibit the Jurkat cell,and this effect is dependent on the dosage.Analyzed by FCM,we find that G_1 phase cells increased,S phase cells decreased,G_2/M phase cells increased and apoptotic rate raised.Conclusion Bolbcstemma Paniculatum preparation can inhibit the proliferation of Jurkat cell,inhibit the transformation from G_1 phase cells to S phase cells,and accelerate the apoptosis of Jurkat cell.
