Abstract
School-based curriculum implementation is the curriculum development under the premise of upholding the essential spirit of the national curriculum standards,for school actual situation and teachers and students' characteristics.The effectively implementation of three administrative levels of curriculum management policy,the effectively carrying out of the school-based curriculum implementation and deeply study of the school-based curriculum implementation need to discuss school-based curriculum implementation's system requirements and the meaning of school-based curriculum implementation system.
