Abstract
Objective:To improve MRI diagnostic level of pituitary adenoma. Method:Magnetic resonance imaging data in 53 patients with pituitary adenoma confirmed by operation and clinical treatment were retrospectively analyzed. Result:Scan detection rate in pituitary adenoma was of 54.72%,hand push half-dose dynamic enhanced scan detection rate was of 98.11%,a delay detection rate was of 73.58%. Conclusion:Hand push half-dose dynamic enhanced scan in pituitary microadenoma detection have a good sensitivity and specificity,can be used as the first choice of imaging examination method.
