Study on Cultural Equivalence in Translation and Its Strategies

Translation is not only a kind of complex cross-cultural language conversion behavior,but also a kind of cross-cultural and cross-language communicative activity,with the transmission of a meaning in one culture into another.But the cultural differences cause many obstacles to translation.Therefore,in order to find out proper translation strategies and optimal methods of transmission,it is necessary to take a probe into the relationship between culture and translation,and into the concept of functional equivalence,with the hope of cultural equivalence.
