Abstract
Objective To analyze the risk factors of patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome after mechanical ventilation. Methods 130 patients who were given mechanical ventilation longer than 48 hours were divided into two groups based on the occurrence of ARDS.The differences between the two groups were observed to analyze the risk factors. Results There was no significant difference on patients' age, gender, admission reasons,SAPS score and tracheotomy(P 0.05).However,there were obvious differences on DMF index, lung compliance, suction peak, and PEEP between the two groups(P 0.05).Conclusion The risk factors of patients with ARDS include DMF index, lung compliance, suction peak, and PEEP.
