Abstract

Objective Of atraumatic restorative treatment of deciduous teeth caries in the patients. Methods Expansion of the observation group with special equipment to open milk caries cavities, removing carious material, the glass ionomer material filling cavities, after two years follow-up.Control group with high-speed expansion turbine brick open cavities, removing carious material, with silver amalgam filling, after two years follow-up.Results Observation group,108 patients completed the treatment teeth after 2 years follow-up,the total effective rate 87%(94/108).Control group,104 cases were followed up 2 years after completion of treatment, the total effective rate 86.6%(90/104).No significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Non-invasive effect of repair technique can be guaranteed. In terms of side effects, adverse reactions were observed group than the control group.
