Abstract

【Objective】To observe the clinical effects of atraumatic restorative treatment(ART) on deciduous teeth caries for children, and to provide the reference for promoting children's caries disease treatment. 【Methods】185 children from 3 to 10 years old were tested with their 267 deciduous teeth cavities from 2010 to 2011, using the ART technology to repair, 1 years follow-up review. 【Results】233 of baby teeth caries were repaired successful, the success rate is 87.26%, failure of 34, accounted for 12.74%.【Conclusions】The atraumatic restorative treatment effect is obvious, and can reduce the fear the generation of children's dental anxiety, which is a better treatment of early childhood dental caries, is worthy clinical application.
