Abstract
In this research, ultrasonic extraction process of nucleotide from Flammulina velutipes mycorhiza was studied. The extracting yield of nucleotides were chosen as indicators. The extracting solution of nucleotide was obtained by ultrasonic extraction. The extraction process of nucleotide was optimized by single factor experiment and response surface experiment. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: liquid-solid ratio was 30 mL/g, ultrasonic time was 53 min, ultrasonic temperature was 57 ℃, Na OH concentration was 1.44%, the extracting yield of nucleotides from Flammulina velutipes mycorhiza substances was 1.47%.
