Abstract
The extraction conditions of Flammulina velutipes polysaccharides by ultrasonic-assisted extraction were optimized using single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:solid-liquid ratio 1∶40(g∶mL),ultrasonic power 70 W,ultrasonic time 10 min,extraction temperature 50 ℃,and extraction time 2 h.The extraction rate of Flammulina velutipes polysaccharides was(3.14±0.14)% under above optimum conditions.
