Abstract

Objective To establish an HPLC method to determine simultaneously hyperoside and quercetin in Jiaoshanzha. MethodsUse the HPLC,selecte phenomenon ODS C18 column(4.6mm × 250mm,5μm),acetonitrile-0.3% phosphoric acid as mobile phase gradient elution. ResultsThe average recoveries of hyperoside and quercetin were 98.8% and 100.1%,with RSD of 2.69% and 2.05%(n=6),respectively. ConclusionThis method is stable,accurate,and reliable to provides a scientific basis of quality control standard for the Jiaoshanzha.
