Abstract
Nutrients characteristics of hypha of Pleurotus ferulae Lenzi-51068 were studied in this paper.The results showed that the optimal carbon sources were from brown sugar,corn meal,peptone as organic sources were the same effect as wheat bran,the optimal inorganic salts from KCl,the optimal vitamin from Vc.
