Abstract

Pleurotus ferulae Lenzi is a kind of precious edible fungus with wide developing prospects.Nutrients and environmental factors on the mycelium growth of Pleurotus nebrodensis were studied for establishing the high-yied cultivation techniques. The results showed that the optimal carbon sources were from sucrose, organic sources from peptone, inorganic salts from Nacl and the ratio of carbon sources:organic sources was 40∶1.The suitable temperature,pH and water content of the compost appropriate for the mycelium growth of Pleurotus nebrodensis was 25℃,6 and 80% respectively.
