Analysis of risk factors of neonatal asphyxia in acounty hospital

Abstract

Objective To investigate the incidence and,risk factors of neonatal asphyxia,so as to provide reference for the prevention of neonatal asphyxia.Method The cases of neonatal asphyxia clinical data in 16 749 cases of newborns were retrospective analyzed from 2007 to 2011 and its risk factors were analyzed.Results A total of 566 cases neonatal asphyxia accounted for 3.38%.There were 95 cases of severe asphyxia among them,accounted for 0.57%.The incidence of neonatal asphyxia had a close relationship with the delivery means,wether full term or not,and obstetric factors.Conclusion It is suggested to pay attention to the risk factors of neonatal asphyxia,strengthen perinatal health care,choose proper way of delivery,strengthen the monitoring,recovery training of neonatal asphyxia,and perinatal cooperation to reduce the incidence and mortality rate of neonatal asphyxia.
