A Comparative Research on Shen Jiaben and Liang Qichao's Law Thoughts

Shen Jiaben and Liang Qichao are the most outstanding jurist in China's modern history. Shen jiaben applied the method of comparative research to the law research and studied the origine of the law of China and west and made up and interpreted systematically the China ancient China law. Liang Qichao, on the first hand, suggested the combination of chinese and western law; on the other hand, he systematically introduced and studied the law of west and push the law modernization forward. Their law thoughts and practice played on enlighting role in understanding the national law heritage and learning the helpful experience from the law of west.
