Abstract
Circulating tumor cells are thought to reflect tumor aggressiveness and metastases,whose detection causes so much interesting of researchers in the world.But circulating tumor cells in peripheral blood are rare which can be detected only by using specifically markers.This review addresses the enrichment and detection steps and the markers of circulating tumor cells used in the literature,also including its use in breast cancer.
