Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of nursing intervention on quality of life of adults with epilepsy and anxiety depression. Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with epilepsy were retrospective analyzed in our hospital from August 2011 to May 2013, all patients were given nursing intervention, the intervention of the patients of the incidence of anxiety, depression, and quality of life score before the intervention, intervention in 1 month, intervention for 3 months were compared. Results 86 patients of the incidence of anxiety and depression were significantly lower after nursing intervention for 3 months,,compared with before intervention, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). The patients with QOLIE- 31 score difference was statistically significant before the intervention, intervention in 1 month, intervention for 3 months(F=23.598, P0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can reduce the incidence rate of epilepsy patients with anxiety, depression, and improve the patient's quality of life.
