Clinical analysis of Romethamine Injection used in uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage

Objective To analyze the preventive effect of Romethamine Injection in uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage,and to analyze its clinical application value.Methods 226 cases female patients with the risk of uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage postpartum from May 2010 to May 2014 in the People's Hospital of Gaozhou City were selected,they were divided into observation group and control group randomly,with 113 cases in each group.Puerperas of the control group were given conventional treatment,the observation group was given the treatment of Romethamine Injection based on the conventional treatment.The postpartum hemorrhage volume,clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of two groups were compared.Results The third stage of labor and bleeding volume of 2 h,24 h after postpartum of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P 0.05);the rates of postpartum hemorrhage,hysterectomy in the observation group were 14.2% ,1.8% ,which were significantly lower than the 29.2% ,4.4% of the control group(P 0.05);the clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 92.9% ,which was significantly higher than the 54.9% in the control group(P 0.05);the adverse reaction rates of the observation group and the control group were 21.2% ,22.1% respectively,which had no significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion Romethamine Injection can effectively shorten the third stage of labor,reduce the postpartum bleeding time and bleeding volume.It has important significance in reducing the risk of uterine resection and postpartum bleeding.At the same time,advantages of the drug fast acting,long acting time,injection of convenient operation and high security also significantly improved its value of clinical application.
