Abstract
Objective To observe application effect of carboprost tromethamine(Anlieke) in prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods A total of 120 uterine inertia patients with postpartum hemorrhage tendency were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received oxytocin combined with carprost suppository for prevention of postpartum hemorrhage. The observation group received Anlieke for prevention of postpartum hemorrhage. Postpartum hemorrhage rate, adverse reactions and bleeding volume in postpartum 2, 24 h were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had much lower postpartum hemorrhage rate as 6.7% than 25.0% of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P0.05). The observation group had lower bleeding volume in postpartum 2, 24 h than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P0.05). There was no statistically significant difference of adverse reactions between the two groups(P0.05). Conclusion As a domestic hysterotonics with safety, effectiveness, and moderate value, Anlieke can effectively reduce postpartum bleeding volume, and operation rate of uterine arterial embolization and hysterectomy. Early implement of Anlieke can provide precise effect in treating postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia.
