Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler sonography(TVCDS)in diagnosing early tubal pregnancy to improve the diagnosis of early eccyesis. Methods Retrospectively analyzing 89 cases of early tubal pregnancy detected by preoperative transvaginal color ultrasonography and confirmed by operation and pathology. Results 86 cases were diagnosed as early tubal pregnancy by transvaginal color Doppler sonography,2 cases were misdiagnosed, and one case was missed. The coincidence rate of diagnosis was 96.6%.Ultrasonography displayed that no intrauterine pregnancy sac, pelvic mass, endometrial thickening,a small amount of pelvic effusion.Pelvic mass peripheral and internal had blood supply.PW detected low resistance arterial flow spectrum. Conclusion TVCDS is simple, timely, and extremely sensitive to pelvic mass and pelvic effusion.Supplemented by color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI),TVCDS is significantly valuable as a preferred and reliable method in early diagnosis of tubal pregnancy.
