Research of Relevance Theory and fnacfice of fvauslation

This paper is mainly discussed the relationship between Relevance Theory and Translation,and the application of the theory to translation practice.It provides a new perspective to the study of translation,which include inferring the cognitive environment of the SL writer,taking into account of the three factors of the translation: SL writer,translator,TL reader,and applying the pragmatics equivalence to achieve the optimal relevance.
