Abstract

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety about high-dose atorvastatin therapy after coronary intervention. Methods 74 patients after successful coronary intervention were randomly divided into two groups,on the basis of treatment in the conventional therapy group(atorvastatin 80mg/d) and the control group(atorvastatin 20mg/d),to observe the ischemic events, blood lipids and high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),and adverse reactions after treatment 3 months later. Results The incidence of cardiac ischemic treatment group lower than control group have significantly different(P0.05).Lipids and C-reactive protein levels to reduce the treatment group was better than the control group were significantly different(P0.05).Medication in 3 months after the two groups(treatment group,6 cases/control group,n=4) were slightly elevated alanine aminotransferase(three times),no statistical difference between the two groups. Conclusion The effect of high-dose atorvastatin therapy in patients with coronary intervention is significant,no serious adverse reactions
