Study on the Influence of Salvia Injection for Cerebral Blood Flow and Hemodynamics of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

Objective: To study the influence of salvia injection for cerebral blood flow and hemodynamic of patients with cerebral infarction.Method: 80 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2008 to May 2011 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group,and the observation group were treated with salvia injection based on the treatment of control group,then the levels of cerebral blood flow and hemodynamic of patients with cerebral infarction of two groups were detected and compared before and after the treatment at the second and forth week.Result: The improvement of cerebral blood flow of observation group after the treatment at the second and forth week were better than those of control group,hemodynamic indexes were lower than those of control group,all P0.05,there were all significant differences.Conclusion: The influence of salvia injection for cerebral blood flow and hemodynamic of patients with cerebral infarction is obvious,and it can improve the situation of cerebral blood flow and decrease blood viscosity.
