The clinical efficacy of Ningmitai capsule on chronic prostatitis

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Nimitai capsule in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.Methods 290 cases of chronic prostatitis were treated,who were divided randomly into the treatment group and control group.150 cases of the treatment group was treated by Ningmitai capsule and routine antibacterial drugs,while 140 cases of the control group only by routine antibacterial drugs.Routine treatment was carried out 8 week in all the 290 cases.Results In the treatment group the curative rate was 56.67%,the remarkable effective rate was 26.67%,and the total effective rate was 83.34%.Meanwhile in the control group,it was 46.43%,21.43% and 67.86% respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups(P0.05)Conclusions Ningmitai capsule has a better efficacy on choronic prostatitis.
