Abstract
Resveratrol was extracted from polygonum cuspidatum using ethanol as extraction solvent and determined by HPLC.The optimum detection conditions were:extend RP-ODS column 0.46cm×15cm,UV detector,240nm as detection wavelength,V(methanol)∶V(water)=50∶50 as mobile phase, elution flow rate of 1mL/min,room temperature. The method is sensitive, convenient, reliable and fast for on line detection of resveratrol and purification of resveratrol from polygonum cuspidatum.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
