Abstract
Extraction, separation, structure identification and content determination of resveratrol from Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb.et Zucc.had been carried out.Orthogonal experiment indicated that optimum extraction condition of resveratrol was:60 ℃,95% ethanol 1∶11(raw material∶ethanol),60 min and 3 times of extraction.Separation experiments with silica gel column under about 3 MPa pressure showed that ethyl acetate:petroleum ether was the ideal (eluant). After recrystallizing, resveratrol content was determined by HPLC to be as high as 99.28%.It can be (demonstrated) that this is a good technique used in resveratrol manufacture.
