Abstract

Construction claims occur frequently and normally due to the complicated situation of project management,there's no legal causality between the results and behavior of construction claims occur during construction process.Each party can make construction claim according to facts,and the process should also be objective and reasonable.Both parties should make effort to seek a win-win result through construction claims.
