Abstract
How to take precautionary measures against the claim that contractor might take and in preventing emergence of claim incident or reducing the amount down to lowest as far as possible,is an important task in the construction project management for owner.So owner should deal with preparations for project construction;control contract changing,reduce claim expense;fortify management of engineering cost;control final accounts of engineering;be strict with qualify of engineering and rate of progress;carry out Counter-claims etc.
