Abstract

The construction market has become legalized and standardized gradually in the new situation of China. The counterpart and the procedure with which the contractor has to deal also changed a lot, project management department has become one of the three main bodies of construction market. Construction claim is one of the key points in the contract management of modern project construction. Scientifically and reasonably resolve the problem of constructionclaim by legal is a necessary method to protect the contractor's own benefit and get the reasonable rewarding in the new situation.
