Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of continuation health education and nursing path on the nursing care of patients undergoing operation in the Department of general surgery. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 220 patients from 2010 May to 2013 May who were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group of 110 cases. Results The knowledge master degree of patients in the experimental group was 87.27%,which was significantly higher than 70.91% of the control group, there was statistically significant(P0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the experimental group was 100%,which was significantly higher than 84.55% of the control group, there was statistically significant(P0.05).In the First visit, the anxiety of the patients in the two groups had no statistical significance(P0.05).Through the health education and nursing intervention, the scores of the experimental group before the operation, after 1 week, after 1 month, after 3 months, after 6 months,1 years after operation, improved significantly than those of the control group(P0.05).The VAS pain scores of the experimental group after 2h,12h,24h,48h,72h,7d,resting 14d were significantly lower than those of the control group, with significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion The health education consciousness of the clinical nursing staff for patients can improve the quality of clinical nursing, stabilize the mood of patients and reduce the incidence of complications, improve nursing satisfaction, and promote an early recovery of patients, which should be popularized.
