Abstract

Facing the world of information, multi-element, integration and open and in order to overall enhance the college Students' multi-ability to use English and train qualified construction men of ability that meet the needs for the development of society, science and culture of our country, we must break the traditional English teaching model and strengthen practical English teaching in colleges and universities.
