Abstract
Government performance management is a kind of new management fulfillment and technique,to fulfill it according to law will contribute to pushing the reform of administrative regime in our country.In terms of the present condition of performance management development in our country,to implement the construction of its legal system should advance the legal position of performance management,complete the legal system of performance audit,actualize performance budget and perfect performance accountability,etc.
