Abstract

Objective To observe the curative effect and security of moderate to severe psoriasis vulgaris Treated with narrow-band B ultraviolet and oral acitretin. Methods 72 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were equally divided into two groups, the control group only treated with the oral acitretin, based on this, the treatment group were added the radiation of NB-UVB for treating. Results After 8 weeks therapy, the total effectiveness of the treatment group was 88.9%,so it was 69.4% of the control group, there were significant difference between two groups(P0.05);And the treatment group's side effect formation rate was also lower than the control group. Conclusion Narrow-band ultraviolet B unites acitretin for treating the psoriasis is safe and effective.
