Abstract
Microwave digestion-ICP-AES was used for the analysis of 11 kinds of trace elements(Fe,Cu,Cd,Ca,Mg,Mn,Zn,Sr,Co,Ni and Cr) in Mongolian medicine Tonglega. While samples are digested by microwave in high pressure sealing system, the method has merits such as using less sample, avoiding samples polluted, controlling the experiment process easily, having higher digestion ratio etc.The results show that the Mongolian medicine Tonglega contains multielement with the recovery ratio of 98.0%~105.5%,RSD of 0.6%~2.4%.The content of Ca,Mg,Sr,Fe,Zn in Tonglega is more than other.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
