Abstract

A method for the determination of 15 kinds of trace elements(Ca、 Mg、 Fe、 Zn、 Ni、 Mn、 Cu and so on) in the Mongolian medicines new-Ⅱ by ICP-AES with microwave digestion has been proposed, and the ratios of Ca to Mg and Cu to Zn have been analyzed primarily. The results indicate that Mongolian medicines new-Ⅱ contains many kinds of trace elements, and the contents of beneficial micro amounts of elements for people are relatively high. The order is: CaMgFeMnZnNiCu.The contents of harmful micro amounts of elements(Cd、 Pb、 Ag) for prople are relatively low.The ratios of Ca to Mg and Cu to Zn are 4.176 and 0.6077,respectively.Recoveries are between 97.5% and 105.5%,relative standard deviation(RSD) is not more than 2.7%,and detection limit is not more than 0.008 μg/mL.The satisfactory results are obtained.
