Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of hypoxia-inducible factor 2α in ovarian epithelial cancer. Methods The expression of HIF-2α was detected by immunohistochemical technique of SP in 86 ovarian epithelial cancer and 30 normal ovaries. Results The expression rate of HIF-2α in ovarian epithelial cancer was significantly higher than that in normal ovaries(P0.05.The positivity rates of HIF-2α were closely related with clinical stages and pathological grades. Conclusion HIF-2α is overepressed in ovarian epithelial cancer and it may be used as a potential diagnostic and prognostic marker.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
