Abstract

Objective To investigate the pediatric antipyretic suppository treatment efficacy and safety of cold and fever in children. Methods The clinical data of our hospital 100 cases of pediatric patients with cold and fever were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was given the double coptis chinensis treatment, and the observation group was given pediatric antipyretic suppository treatment. The two groups of patients were both accepted 3 days' observing treatment, and the clinical responses and adverse efficacy. And P 0.05 demonstrated there was no statistically significant difference between the groups. Results In the control group, the total effective rate was 84%,and the total effective rate was 94%(P 0.05).Three days after the antipyretic effect of the control group was significantly better than the observation group(P 0.01).Conclusion The efficacy of antipyretic suppository to treat cold and fever of children was very good and it was worth the clinical use of them.
