Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of herbal hip-bath and Titanoreine Suppository in treating chronic perianal eczema. Methods Eighty-three cases with chronic perianal eczema were randomized into two groups: treatment group was treated by herbal hip-bath and Titanoreine Suppository, and control group was treated by Pevisone Cream and Titanoreine Suppository, with the course of 2 weeks. The clinical efficacy and symptoms were observed. Results The overall effective rate was 92.50% in the treatment group and 88.37% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups(P0.05).After treatment, the pruritus, rash area, skin lesion were decreased markedly in the two groups(P0.05),and the above indexes in treatment group was lower than the controls(P0.05).The recurrence rate in treatment group(5.00%) was lower than the control group(11.62%),with significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Combined herbal hip-bath and Titanoreine Suppository can improve the clinical efficacy in patients with chronic perianal eczema.
