Abstract
The radical goal to resolve and improve the urban traffic congestion is to increase the capacity and service level on signalized intersection. According to the traffic condition and a number of studied materials in Kunming, an analytical method considering v/c rate as the object is adopted to increase the capacity and improve the service level at intersections. The findings have a very important referential value in decision-making, urban planning and department management in Kunming.
