Abstract

Objective:To analyse mitral annulus velocity measured by quatitative tissue velocity imaging(QTVI) and to evaluate left ventricular function of hypertension. Methods:30 patients with hypertension were compared with 30 healthy subjects, examing Tissue Motion Velocity numbers(Vs,Ve,Va,Ve/Va) in different wall of left ventricular, than contrast and study the results. Results:Compared with healthy subjects, the patients with hypertention show lower Vs,Ve, Ve/Va ratio of all walls(P0.05),and the Va was not significantly different between the two groups.(P0.05).Conclusion:The mitral annular velocity determined by QTVI can arrurately evaluate the left ventricular diastolic function in hypertension patients.
