Abstract
The construction of the rural community provides the platform and handhold for the construction of a new socialism rural area.Whether the construction of rural community is successful or not determines the outcome of the construction of a new countryside.Basically,the cultural construction is the soul or core of the rural construction,whose main focus is the reconstruction of culture.
