Abstract
Rural community is the social area community where the farmers live.By taking village Beidongyuan as a case,we investigate the situation of rural community construction in Guangxi,and then give re-explanations as follows:rural community is a carrier to provide public service;rural community carries the mission of culture modernization in the rural area;the construction of rural community helps to enhance the sense of value.Furthermore we believe that,the key to the construction of rural community lies in the reconstruction of the public service supply system,the difficulty is to find new construction fund source,and the ultimate goal is the equalization of basic public service in urban and rural areas.
