Rural culture is an important aspect and guarantee to new rural construction but they are mutually reinforcing and complementary developing.The paper states briefly the main roles of rural culture playing in the construction of new rural,analyses the main problems existing during development of new rural and put forwards the related recommends and proposals accordingly.
