Abstract

To investigate the correlations between TNF α,hyaluronic acid(HA) and CD44 a experimental model of rats with nephrotic syndrome(NS) was induced by a sigle injection of Adriamycin(ADM) through tail vein, and the contents of TNF α and HA as well as the numbers of CD44 positive cells in peripheral blood mononuclear cells were determined by radio immunoassay and flow cytometry analysis The experimental results showed that the concentrations of TNF α and HA in sera and renal tissues of the experimental groups were significantly higher than those of normal controls, and the numbers of CD44 positive cells also increased obviously These results suggest that the up regulation of CD44 positively correlates with increase of HA concentration in ANS,and CD44,HA and TNF α participate the development of nephrotic syndrome
