Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of azithromycin on the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods:146 children aged 6 months to 15-year-old with mycoplasma pneumonia,were randomly divided into two groups.Children in the treatment group were treated by intravenous injection of azithromycin,10 mg/kg·d,1 time/d,6 days for a course;while children in the control group were treated by erythromycin,30-50 mg/kg·d,2 times/d,10 days for a course.Clinical efficacy was observed and compared.Results: Efficacy of the treatment group was more satisfactory than the control group,and the difference was significant(P 0.05);The incidence of gastrointestinal reactions of treatment group was significantly lower than the control group.Conclusions:Azithromycin is effective on mycoplasma pneumonia.It is the first choice,with long half-life and fewer adverse reactions.
