Effects of alprazolam combining with psychological behavior intervention on the bad psychological reaction of patients with acute coronary syndrome

Objective To discuss the effects of alprazolam combining with psychological behavior intervention on the bad psychological reaction of patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods 100 cases of patients with acute coronary syndrome were divided into the control group and the intervention group. Either group had 50 cases. Patients of the control group were given conventional treatment,while patients of the intervention group were given alprazolam and psychological behavior intervention on the bases of conventional treatment. Compare the SCL- 90 score of patients in two group. Results The negative emotions including fear,anxiety,depression and so on had significantly reduced in intervention group compared with the control group,wile the score of some other points( force,paranoid symptoms,positive number,positive symptom) had no obvious change,which difference were statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion Aprazolam combining with psychological behavior intervention can significantly reduce the negative emotions and help to improve rehabilitation for patients with acute coronary syndrome.
